The Havelock North Village Street Carnival is back! Are you coming along?
For one action-packed day, we close our CBD roads and bring all the Village stores out onto the street for our biggest day of the year. After a 2 year hiatus, it’s going to be huge. It’s going to fun. And it’s a party you’d be crazy to miss.
