Kimchi Making Workshop

Learn to make delicious kimchi with fresh ingredients. Kimchi is a flavoursome Korean food made with cabbage, garlic, ginger and chili. It can be eaten fresh or fermented. Come and hear about the benefits of fermented food, and make some kimchi to take home. Karma Percy will lead this session. Karma was lucky enough to learn to make kimchi when she lived in South Korea in the early 2000’s.
