Pastry, Pies and Tarts Cooking Workshop

In this workshop you will learn how to make a never-fail (no soggy bottom allowed!) quiche that can be used to make several other dishes. As well, you’ll all make an easy but versatile pastry to take home and use. And you will also make or sample (depending on oven capacity and timing!) a couple of other items, as well.
This workshop will be hands on, i.e. You will be cooking! So wear comfy shoes and clothes suitable for cooking in.
Please also be sure to bring a container around the size of a 2L ice cream punnet, to take your pastry home in.
NB: Ingredients used may not be suitable for people with allergies (gluten, nuts, dairy etc)
All recipes will be made available to you online, but bring a pen and paper to take notes, just in case!
