Voter Guide Profile: Most people know me as Grego. I’m a husband, father, grandfather, friend, business owner, and mentor.

I was elected in 2019 to represent real people and bring a practical voice to council, and I’ve stayed true to that. During the lockdowns, I stepped up to deliver food and essentials to our most vulnerable. After Cyclone Gabrielle, I rolled up my sleeves again, clearing debris, delivering supplies, cooking meals, and supporting those hit hardest.

In my business, I help people set goals and create action plans that actually work. Being a councillor is no different. It’s about listening, solving problems, and getting results.

I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. It keeps me grounded and connected to the community I serve.

I’m standing again to keep pushing for practical progress and sensible solutions.
