Voter Guide Profile: Hawke’s Bay born and bred. Raised by a mechanic and a nurse, instilled with values of hard work and service. A Haumoana homeowner since nineteen, I’m a wife, mother of three, and bring a uniquely diverse skillset as a qualified sheet metal engineer, Certified Hearings Commissioner, landlady, and entrepreneur.

Currently serving as a Heretaunga Hastings District Councillor. I offer extensive leadership and managerial experience across engineering, sustainability, and waste sectors. As a volunteer firefighter, it’s a privilege and honour serving our communities.

My mantra remains unchanged: Protect. Preserve. Empower. Thrive.

I’m driven by my dedication and passion for our families, soils, coast, and communities.

There’s mahi to do. I have the spark, energy and commitment to get things done. I bring a boots on the ground human to the table to represent the sound of the streets, you, us, our future.
