More Hawke’s Bay businesses are set to get funded business advice as the Government rolls out a further $40 million for the Regional Business Partners (RBP) Network.

To date, 430 small and medium-sized Hawke’s Bay businesses have been granted $825,000 (an average of $2,500) to access support from 180 local business service providers.

The bulk of support sought locally to date is in the areas of digital enhancement, cashflow and forecasting, business continuity, and employment relations.

Businesses with up to 100 staff can apply for support delivered via vouchers for professional advisory services worth up to $5,000.

If you are interested in applying, we’d suggest you act promptly. The first tranche of funding — $15 million released in March — was exhausted quickly.
