New product development and sustainable packaging workshops postponed due to the lockdown are now back on offer. Initially pitched at food businesses, the interactive workshops are open to any business looking to upskill.

Business Hawke’s Bay organiser Rachel Campbell says the stages in a product development process and the critical questions to be asked at each stage are applicable across the board.

In addition to product development specialists, attendees will hear from local businesses who have ‘been there, done that’ and learnt from their failures and successes along the way. To be held on Thursday 6 August. Learn more here.

Those looking for packaging that is more environmentally sustainable can check out industry experts and latest innovations on Thursday 10 September. Again, local businesses will share their experiences in reuse, reduce, recycle packaging endeavours. Learn more here.

Both workshops at the Business Hub in Ahuriri will allow for plenty of time for brain picking and networking over the day.
