Technically, your share of the dividend the HB Power Consumers’ Trust (HBPCT) received from Unison.

HBPCT holds shares in Unison Networks Limited on behalf of all consumers connected to Unison’s electricity network in Hawke’s Bay. If you were connected to the network as of 30 September 2025, and your name appears on the electricity account, you’ll be eligible to receive a dividend payment.

Dividends – $270 this year – get paid directly into your bank account by direct credit. To receive your dividend, you need to ensure your bank account details are up to date. 

Registrations for the 2025 dividend opened on Thursday 16 October 2025.

If you register before 5pm on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, you can expect your dividend payment from Tuesday, 25 November 2025. Registrations received after 18 November will be processed and paid on later dates.
