New Zealand paper money notes

Over the last three years, the Government has treated Hawke’s Bay’s councils to $136,546,633 in funding.

And bear in mind this is only Primary Growth Fund (PGF) and Covid funding to councils through July. So not every dollar from every department/agency is captured.

For example … just as we write, another $16 million has landed for infrastructure to support the development of new housing in Hastings. And the day before, $19.5 million to Te Mata Mushrooms.

Must be an election year!
