The results are in and Napier based Media Mint, a media production company and ad agency has won the coveted ‘Art Deco Best Dressed Team’ competition run by Napier City Business Inc.
While the Festival has been cancelled, Art Deco style is alive and well. Media Mint creative director Greg Lincoln says it was a great opportunity to show off their creative skills in a competition that was quintessentially ‘Hawke’s Bay’ and it “meant everything” to win.
“Creatives are very competitive and we’re no exception. By winning Best Dressed Art Deco Team it demonstrates that, just like the help we give our clients to articulate their messages, with a little bit of creative thinking and a dash of extra effort, your message can bubble to the top. And everyone loves a good dress up session!
Manager of Napier City Business Inc manager Pip Thompson said she was “delighted with the entries and participation by local businesses.
Team photos were submitted and judged by local retailer and CBD Community Star 2020 winner Karla Lewis from Two Lippy Ladies.
UFS Pharmacy took out second place while Hohepa Creative Works came third.
