FOTOFEST – TIM WHITTAKER – TAKING A BREAK

After a Photographic career spanning 4 decades and over 2.5 million clicks of the shutter button, award winning professional photographer Tim Whittaker decided it was time to get off the hamster wheel and take a break..
In 2019 he and his young family sold their home, cars and trailer yacht, quit their businesses and took the children out of school. Tim bought a yacht in Athens, Greece and early 2020 they all arrived to begin sailing back to New Zealand .
The day after collecting their yacht dog Lucy from the airport.. Covid arrived and everything LOCKED down
