REVIEWS FROM PAST WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS:

Excellent guide on edible weeds:
Felicity was a knowledgeable guide on how to find, collect, and eat ‘weeds’. Most valuable to me was the key identifying features so we could be sure what we were gathering was the real deal, and what was the most likely things they could be confused with. It was helpful to hear the stories about the plants to help the knowledge stick. There was a scrumptious salad to eat at the end, and I could feel my body crying ‘I can feel this doing me good!’ as I ate. So good!
Felicity has a lovely way about her that made all of the participants comfortable about asking questions. Recommend attending if you feel you need some hand-holding to feel brave enough to eat something not from the garden or shop. I’m hoping she’ll do another with different plants so I can expand my knowledge. Jackie Thomas-Teague

Highly recommend any budding weed eaters attend Felicity’s foraging work shops, held in her fabulous garden, see, touch taste and gain knowledge on the nutritional value of each weed, whilst learning what to avoid. Felicity is a wealth of knowledge, extremely approachable and skilled at bringing a group of strangers together in learning. Here’s a pic of my salad from my garden after today’s session ❤️ – Vickie Chandler

She taught us how to ID easy to find, nutritious and safe to eat weeds and how to use them in tasty ways. It was also great to learn which lookalikes to avoid too! – Nicky Boughtwood

I attended the wild edibles workshop a few weeks ago. It was a completely eye opening experience. Thank you Felicity for sharing your wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm. I was taken back by the nutritional and medicinal qualities of these so called weeds. The course was wonderfully finished off by eating the delicious produce, made from the wild greens we had just learnt about. I have now devoured all the Dandy Lyons and Chick weed on my section and looking assist my neighbours in getting rid of theirs. Also,my eyes are drawn to the abundant crops of Nasturtium and Plantain….everywhere! A great workshop and one I would highly recommend. – Callum Ferguson

Knowledgeable in a down to earth way and great products – Suzanne Fahey
