National Poetry Day

Friday August 26 is the 25th National Poetry Day. From 11am Napier Live Poets are Taking it to the Streets, with live performance poetry all down Emerson Street. From 4pm Common Poets Society will have a poet on call outside Common Room on Heretaunga Street East, live composing poems for passers by on a vintage typewriter.
