So far, these HB councils have issued their draft 3-Year Plans for public consultation:
Napier City Council — Here’s the draft plan and opportunities to engage. Submissions close 27 April.
HB Regional Council — Here’s the draft plan, see Attachment 15 (official version releases Monday 15 April). Submissions close 15 May.
CHB District Council — Here’s the draft plan and opportunities to engage. Submissions close 12 May.
Hastings District Council is scheduled to approve its draft plan on 18 April.
Wairoa District Council “in a couple of weeks”, workshops pending.
